What's the dress code?

We’d love for everyone to dress nicely, but nothing overly formal. Think dressy casual — outfits you’d wear to a nice dinner or a semi-special occasion. Suits and gowns are not expected. Just come looking polished and comfortable! If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and ask. We just want everyone to feel good and enjoy the day with us.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, at The Ridge Golf Course & Events Center. The reception will follow indoors at the same venue, so everything is in one easy location. You can learn more about the venue here: The Ridge Golf Course Weddings (ridgegc.com/weddings) If you have questions about accessibility, parking, or anything else, feel free to reach out!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by August 1, 2026. This helps us get an accurate headcount for our venue, catering, and seating. If anything changes after you RSVP, just let us know — we totally understand that life happens!

How do I RSVP?

Just use the RSVP tab on this website. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your invitation, and you’ll be able to respond for yourself and any invited guests or plus-ones. You’ll also be able to select your meal choices there. If you run into any issues or can’t find your name, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom!

Can I change my RSVP after submitting?

Yes! You can update your RSVP details at any time. The only thing we can’t change after August 1, 2026, is your meal selection, since we have to lock that in with our caterer. If you need help updating anything, just reach out to the bride or groom!

Can I bring a guest?

If you were given a plus-one, it will be listed and will show up automatically when you go to RSVP. If you’re unsure or your situation has changed, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom — we’re always happy to talk.

How do I know if I have a plus one?

When you go to RSVP on this website, any plus-one you’re invited to bring will appear automatically. If you don’t see a guest listed or you’re unsure, just reach out to the bride or groom, and we’ll be happy to clarify!

Are children welcome?

Some children are welcome, and those invited will be listed on the website RSVP. If your children weren’t included and you’re unable to arrange childcare, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom — we’re happy to talk through options. For the ceremony, we kindly ask that no children under 10 attend (except those in the wedding party). We’ll be providing nearby childcare during the ceremony, and all children are welcome to join us at the reception afterward. If you’d prefer to keep your children in childcare during the reception as well, that’s completely okay — whatever works best for your family. We do kindly ask that parents keep an eye on their little ones during key moments—like the first dance and toasts—to help everything run smoothly and keep the dance floor clear during those special moments. Thank you so much for helping us make the day enjoyable for everyone! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the bride or groom.

How long will the ceremony last?

The ceremony will be about 20–30 minutes. Afterward, guests will enjoy cocktail hour with Hors d’oeuvres while the bride and groom take photos. Then we’ll all head inside for the reception and dinner! Reception ends at 10 PM.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! The Ridge Golf Course has plenty of on-site parking available for all guests. Parking is free and just a short walk to the ceremony and reception areas.

Is the venue wheelchair-accessible?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair-accessible, including the ceremony site, reception area, and restrooms. If you or someone in your party needs additional accommodations, please let us know — we’re happy to help.

Are rideshares easy to get in that area?

Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are available in the area, but pickup times can be a little slower depending on the time of night. If you plan to use a rideshare, we recommend scheduling ahead or giving yourself extra time, especially at the end of the evening.

Are there hotel blocks?

We don’t have any formal hotel blocks, but we’ve listed several nearby hotels (with links) in the Travel section of this website to make planning easy. Feel free to book whichever option works best for you.

Is there nearby lodging for out-of-town guests?

Yes! There are plenty of hotels, inns, and vacation rentals within a short drive of the venue. You’ll find a list of recommended options in the Travel section of this site.

Which airport is closest?

The closest major airport is Sacramento International Airport (SMF). It’s typically the most convenient for guests flying in and is about an hour from the venue.

Do you have a registry?

We aren’t doing a traditional registry since we already have a home together. Instead, we’ve set up a honeymoon fund for our trip to Puerto Rico, along with a few fun honeymoon experiences you can gift—like a couples massage, a rainforest tour, a food tour, and more. Your presence truly means the most, so there’s absolutely no pressure to give a gift.

Will there be a full meal?

Yes! We’ll be serving a full dinner at the reception, and guests will select their entrée when they RSVP. There will also be Hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour before dinner begins.

Will alcohol be served?

This will be an alcohol-free wedding, so no alcoholic beverages will be served. We will have a full Beverage Station with coffee, hot tea, iced tea, and lemonade available throughout the evening. For the toasts, we’ll be offering Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider. If you have any questions or special considerations, feel free to reach out!

Is this an unplugged ceremony?

Yes — we kindly ask that the ceremony be unplugged. Please keep phones and cameras put away so everyone can be fully present, and so our photographer can capture the moments without distractions. Once the ceremony ends, snap all the photos you’d like!

Can we post photos on social media?

Absolutely! After the ceremony, feel free to take photos and share them. We love seeing everyone’s memories from the day.

Are pets allowed at the venue?

As much as we love animals, pets are not allowed at the venue. Service animals are always welcome. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the day smooth and safe for everyone.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Yes — The Ridge Golf Course & Events Center is ADA accessible. The ceremony and reception areas, restrooms, and main event spaces all meet accessibility standards.
